(Oral) This order shall dispose of CRM-M-29185 of 2017, CRM-M29193 of 2017 and CRM-M-32339 of 2016 as all these petitions arise out of common order dated 24.05.2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Patiala as well as order dated 07.10.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Patiala.

CRM-M-29185 of 2017 (O&M) [ 2 ] CRM-M-29185 of 2017 and CRM-M-29193 of 2017 have been preferred by the petitioner Harcharan Bir Singh challenging the above said orders.

CRM-M-32339 of 2016 has been filed by Harkiran Kaur and another for enhancement of the amount of maintenance awarded by the learned Courts below.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has since been amicably resolved between the parties. The terms and conditions of the settlement have been reduced into writing on 11.09.2017, a copy of the settlement/compromise is attached as Annexure A1 with CRM-M-29185 of 2017 as well as CRM-M-29193 of 2017. It is further mentioned that a petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been filed by the petitioner and his wife-Balwinder Kaur, the respondent in CRM-M29193 of 2017. It is submitted that the present petitions may, therefore, be disposed of in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties. Ordered accordingly.
