M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is alleged to have embezzled a sum of Rs.2,57,971/- as per disclosure statement of his co-accused. Bail application has been opposed on the ground that he is the main accused having caused loss to the public exchequer.

Taking into consideration the fact that he has been in custody w.e.f. 23.5.2015 and challan having been already presented, the petition is allowed. Petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
