"#$ !% Report dated 23.09.2015 of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ferozepur has been received whereby after recording statements of complainant Vishal Shastri, injured Pankaj Sharma and the accused namely Harpreet Singh (wrongly mentioned as Gurpreet Singh), the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure.

#the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.177 dated 01.12.2014 registered at Police Station Cantt. Ferozepur under Sections 452/380/324/323/148/149 IPC (Sections 452/380 deleted & Section 379 added later:on) and Section 25/54 of the Arms Act and all consequences arising out of the said FIR qua the petitioner are quashed.
The petition stands allowed in those terms.
