This is a petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR and all subsequent proceedings on merits.

Learned State counsel states that the FIR No.48 dated 29.04.2017 registered at Police Station Chamkaur Sahib, District Rupnagar under Sections 406, 498-A and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 stands quashed on the basis of a compromise between the parties vide order dated 16.02.2023 passed in CRM-M-46827-2022 rendering the present petition as infructuous.

Dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
