Mr. R.K. Girdhar, Advocate for respondent No.6. ***** RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to respondents No.3 to 5 not to harass the petitioner on the instance of respondent No.6.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that time and again the complaints are being filed against the petitioner and the same have been enquired into but no truth has been found in the same but despite that, the petitioner has been summoned repeatedly by the respondent authorities. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Balwinder Kumar, submits that the complaints filed against the petitioner have already been enquired into and no substance was found in the same. He further submits that as on date, the petitioner is not required by the police for any further proceedings .
