(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuing direction to respondents No.2 to 4 to take action in FIR No.20 dated 20.02.2023 (Annexure P-1), under Section 506 IPC and Sections 4/18 of POCSO Act, registered at Police Station Women, Palwal. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Pushpa, submits that since after due investigation, no proof was found as per the allegations made by the petitioner in her complaint against the accused person(s), rather it was found that there was a land dispute between the complainant and the accused person(s), therefore, the present FIR (Annexure P-1) stands cancelled on 22.1.2024. Learned State counsel submits that in view of the aforesaid development, nothing survives in the present petition and the same may be disposed of as such.
