The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0267, dated 17.11.2017, registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC and Section 66 of Information Technology Act, at Police Station Division No.5, District Ludhiana.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take up all pleas at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law. 3.
