Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 10 dated 4.2.2015 under Section 302, 323, 342, 367, 427, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3, 4 of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, registered at Police Station Sekhwan, District Gurdaspur. While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 31.8.2015:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no specific role has been attributed to the petitioner in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner was found innocent during investigation and has been summoned under Section 193 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. Notice of motion for 05.10.2015 In the meantime, petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial Court and the trial Court shall release GURPREET SINGH 2015.10.06 15:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document chandigarh

Crl. Misc. No. M-29147 of 2015 -2the petitioner on interim bail subject to its satisfaction." Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in terms of the above order, petitioner has surrendered before the Trial Court and has furnished interim bail.

Accordingly, the interim bail furnished by the petitioner before the Trial Court, in pursuance to the order dated 31.8.2015, is made absolute.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
