CRM-M-30136 of 2018 This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for quashing of FIR No. 10 dated 23.1.1998, under Sections 323,324,452,148,149 IPC registered at Police Station Shahkot, District Jalandhar and all other consequential proceedings qua the petitioner on the basis of compromise.

Vide order dated 31.1.2019, the parties were asked to appear before the trial Court and get their statements recorded in pursuance of which a report dated 14.2.2019 of the JMIC, Nakodar has been received MANOJ KUMAR 2019.03.14 18:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view thereof, this petition is allowed. FIR No. 10 dated 23.1.1998, under Sections 323,324,452,148,149 IPC registered at Police Station Shahkot, District Jalandhar and all other consequential proceedings qua the petitioners are quashed.
