Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 68 dated 11.3.2015 under Section 406, 420, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station City Khanna, District Ludhiana.

Heard.

Earlier petitioner had filed Criminal Miscellaneous-M22564 of 2015 seeking anticipatory bail and the same was got dismissed as withdrawn on 23.7.2015. Now second petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner has failed to point out any change in circumstances warranting interference by this Court in the second petition filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail. Dismissed.
