Petitioner had moved an application for his transfer from Model Jail, Chandigarh to Central Jail, Patiala. Learned counsel for the Administration has submitted that the Administration has received the requisite request from the State of Punjab for the transfer of the petitioner from Model Jail, Chandigarh to Central Jail, Patiala and the same will be processed within 10 days from today, in accordance with law. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the Administration, no ground for further interference by this Court is made out.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
