ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court seeking appropriate direction to the official to look into her pending representation dated 15.04.2021 (Annexures P-3) for grant of protection qua her life and liberty,as she apprehendsrisk from private respondent No.5/her son. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that, respondent No.5 forcefully got transferred 2 1⁄2 acre of land situated at Sohna (Gurugram) through relinquish deed and later on sold the same. He further submits that respondent No.5 got transferred another house/property situated at Rohtak through relinquish deed on 17.07.2020 by threatening her. Thereafter,she was allegedly thrown out from the house on 08.11.2020. 3.

In the aforesaid premise, the petitioner submitted complaint/representations dated 24.03.2021 and15.04.2021 (Annexures P-1 and P-3) before respondents No.2 and 3, respectively.Since no action on the same has been taken till date, she has been forced to file the present petition. 4.

Learned State counsel, on advance service, joins proceedings and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State of Haryana. 6.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 i.e. Superintendent of Police, Rohtakbefore whom representation is pending, to depute a lady police officer to ascertain/verify the threat perception of the petitioner qua her life and liberty. In case, anymerit is found in the same, then mobile number of a lady police official shall be provided to the petitioner so as to enable her to forthwith approach the police official in the event of any untoward incident. If warranted, official respondents may also take further necessary steps for the needful. 8.

Disposed of in above terms.
