(Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned memo no.657-662 dated 11.07.2022, Annexure P-8, being contrary to the spirit of letter no.4/12/2020-2FR/8664 dated 04.06.2021, Annexure P-3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner will be satisfied in case she is permitted to file a representation raising the grievance as has been raised in the instant petition, and the petition may be disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the same in a specified period.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, submits that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before respondent no.2 within a period of two weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed, the same shall be decided by respondent no.2/Director, Secondary Education, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receiving the representation.
