0!8 " Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, for directing the official respondents No.1 to 4 to take appropriate legal action against the private respondents No.5 to 10 for causing loss to the Gram Panchayat fund/public money by passing a wrong resolution and selling about 30/32 trees (Safeda/Sheesham/Kikar) for a meagre amount of Rs.71,000/-.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies before the Panchayat Department, at the first instance.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
