**** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents for grant of regular parole for 10 weeks in view of Section 3 of the Haryana Good Conduct Prisoners (Temporary Release) Act, 2022.

Learned State counsel upon instructions from Superintendent, District Prison, Karnal submits that upon the application of the petitioner for his release on parole, his case has been initiated and a decision would be taken by the competent authority shortly.
