AJAY TEWARI, J. (Oral) This is a petition which has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 6 dated 07.01.2014 registered under Section 306 IPC, Police Station Jodhan, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as per the allegation the petitioner was pressurizing the deceased to hand over the possession of land and as a result of that pressure the deceased committed suicide. He has been in custody for one month. Learned Deputy Advocate General is not able to deny the aforesaid assertions.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case, I do not deem it appropriate to deny the concession of bail to the present petitioner.

Bail to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

Petition stands disposed of.
