CRM-M-14500-2026 (O&M) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to conduct a fair and independent inquiry into the illegal raid conducted by the police officials of Police Station B Division, Amritsar at the house of the petitioner and to carry out videography of her house before into the same and also to decide her representation dated 02.02.2026 (Annexure P-2) in a time bound manner. 3.
