Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 296 dated 19.07.2014 registered under Sections 363/366 IPC at Police Station Indri, District Karnal and the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Satyawan, who is present in court, submits that investigation has been completed and a cancellation report is likely to be filed before the concerned court shortly.

Needful be done expeditiously in any case not later than one month.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
