(Oral) After arguing the matter for some time and finding that this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to surrender before the trial Court and apply for bail and further submits that the trial Court be directed to decide the same expeditiously. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioner surrenders before the trial Court within a period of 01 week from today and file an application for bail, the trial Court will decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law.
