The grouse of the petitioner in the present case is that the applications filed by him dated 07.01.2026 (Annexure P-6) and 16.01.2026 (Annexure P-7) under Section 5A(1A) of the Haryana Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 have not been decided. 2.
Learned counsel for the State has handed over a copy of an undated resolution No.3 rejecting the representations of the petitioner. A copy thereof has been handed over today to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
In view thereof, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail his remedies as available in law. Permitted to do so. 4.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. The petitioner, if so advised, may avail his remedies within a period of 15 days from today and till then status quo qua his property shall be maintained.
