**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 09 dated 4.2.2018, registered under Sections 376, 120-B IPC and Section 4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Ballianwali, District Bathinda.
As per the office report, notice issued to respondent No. 2 has not been received back served or otherwise.
Ms. Manju Goyal, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 and has filed the power of attorney. Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 20.7.2018, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 20.7.2018 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
