The instant Regular Second Appeal has been filed by the appellant impugning the judgment and decree dated 10.02.2026, passed by the learned District Judge, Panipat, whereby, the appeal filed by the respondents has been allowed.

Mr. Sharad Aggarwal, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents and filed 'vakalatnama', which is taken on record. 3.

The issue regarding bar of jurisdiction of the Civil Court in view of the provisions of Section 145 of the Electricity Act, 2003, stands settled by the larger Bench in "Mahesh Kumar Vs. Sub-Divisional Officer and Another"; 2025 (3) R.C.R. (Civil), 303.

In view of the said decision, the present Regular Second Appeal, stands disposed of with liberty to the appellant to avail alternate appropriate remedy, as per law.
