***** VIKAS BAHL, J (ORAL) This is the second petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.0075 dated 05.02.2022, under Sections 148, 149, 302 and 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Pundri, District Kaithal.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. It has been further stated that since the petitioner is in custody from 06.02.2022, thus, the trial Court be directed to expedite the trial. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present second regular bail petition is dismissed as withdrawn, at this stage.
