CRM No. 36662 of 2015 This is an application for placing on record medical certificate, Annexure P-3. Application is allowed as prayed for. Medical certificate is taken on record.

CRM M-29246 of 2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has joined investigation. On 12.12.2015, he was indisposed as would be evident from medical certificate, Annexure P-3.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Azad Singh, who is present in court) submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated August 31, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
