Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.65 dated 18.03.2018 under Sections 379-B and 411 IPC, registered at Police Station Kotwali, District Patiala. Notice of motion.
Mr.Pawan Sharda, Sr. DAG, Punjab, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent-State contested the petition. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned State counsel and have gone through the record. As per the allegations, from complainant Naresh Kumar, a mobile phone has been snatched on 16.03.2018. The petitioner has been in custody 19.03.2018.
