It is thus clear that neither on 18.07.2024 nor today anybody has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants, despite the fact that counsel for the appellants had been duly informed as per the order dated 18.07.2024. Circumstances clearly indicate that appellants are no longer interested in pursuing the present appeal.
