(ORAL) Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, on instructions, submits that in view of the statement made before this Court, the matter has been processed and the names of two retired High Court Judges have been recommended for the purposes of constituting the appellateauthority under the provisions of the Water (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 and the Air (Prevention & Control of Pollution) Act, 1981. He further submits that the panel is with the Government of Haryana and steps for issuing the necessary notification would be taken by the respondent-authorities within two days.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned State counsel and taking the same on record, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue its appeal before the appellate authority so constituted by the respondent-authorities.
