The judgment debtor is defending the execution petition filed pursuant to a decree for recovery of ₹6,30,000/- along with interest. The petitioner claims that for recovery of the aforesaid amount, his entire land (measuring 3 bighas) is not required to be sold. 2.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the property has not been put to auction in view of pendency of the present revision petition.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, this revision petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Executing Court in this regard along with the supporting documents.
