Complaining willful violation of the order passed on 28.09.2021, the petitioners have filed the present petition under Section 11 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. The operative part of the order dated 28.09.2021 reads as under:- "6.
Be that as it may, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the grievance of the petitioners and also by keeping in view the contentions raised in the present petition by treating the same as fresh representation and take a decision, in accordance with law. Let the needful be done as expeditiously as possible but not later than 6 months from today. In case, any favourable order is passed, then benefit thereof be accorded to the petitioners DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2022.07.22 14:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document within a period of two months thereafter".
