Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing of FIR No. 87 dated 30.8.2011, under Section 420, 465, 467, 471, 120-B, 194 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Arniwala (Annexure P-1) and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
Learned State counsel, who is assisted by Assistant Sub Inspector Karamjit Singh, has submitted that now the case is listed before the Trial Court for defence evidence. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition to enable the petitioner to take up all the pleas available to him before the Trial Court.
Dismissed as withdrawn.
