The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 is for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to conclude the inquiry and decide the application/representation dated 05.09.2025 (AnnexureP-1) submitted by the petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the representation dated 05.09.2025 (Annexure P-1) seeking registration of an FIR is pending before the investigating agency. He prays that directions be issued to decide the same and register an FIR against the accused persons. 3.

The learned State counsel, on the other hand, contends that the petitioner is at liberty to avail his remedies in accordance with law by filing a criminal complaint or a complaint under Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C. (Section 175(3) of BNSS).

In view of the respective contentions of both sides, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail his remedies in accordance with law.
