(ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.69 dated 04.07.2017 under Sections 379-B, 452, 427, 354, 506, 148, 149 of the Indian Pendal Code, registered at Police Station Fatehgarh Panjtoor, District Moga. This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 11.08.2017 :- "Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the instant FIR is a direct result of asking for fair investigation in FIR No. 55 dated 21.05.2017 under Sections 307, 324, 323, 148, 149, 341, 427 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Fatehgarh Panjtoor, District Moga, in which Inspector Surjit Singh, has been arrayed as respondent No.3. It is further argued that a reading of the instant FIR would show that the allegations are non-specific as to who would be guilty of offence under Section 379-B, 452 IPC etc. It is further contended that no recoveries Satyawan 2017.12.12 17:13 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh

Notice of motion for 11.12.2017.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on interim bail subject to their furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have joined the investigation and they are not required for investigation any further.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State confirms the aforesaid fact.

Since the petitioners have joined the investigation, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 11.08.2017 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation; will not leave India without permission of the Court and will comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
