Petitioners have filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in FIR No.209, dated 23.06.2011, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 307, 435 and 427 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Sector 10, Gurgaon. Heard.

Admittedly, co-accused of the petitioners who were similarly situated, have been granted bail by this Court. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioners be admitted to bail subject to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurgaon.
