Mr. Rahul Verma, Advocate submits that the instant petition may be disposed of in the light of order dated 05.09.2024 passed by this Court in a bunch of writ petitions including CWP-22006-2017. He confirms that respondent-workman is still in service.

Mr. Raman Sharma, Addl. A.G., Haryana does not oppose prayer of the workman-respondent. He further submits that if workman was reinstated, he would be entitled to benefit as extended to reinstated workmen.
