Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.12, dated 18.10.2014, under Sections 406, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station NRI, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, Mohali.

Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 01.01.2015. As per the prosecution case, petitioner had introduced the complainant to the accused Harpal Singh Pali. Avinash Mittal, co-accused has been granted bail by this court vide
