******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.136 dated 07.09.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of Indian Penal Code and 25 of Arms Act, at Police Station Dirba, District Sangrur.
Heard.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Lakhvir Singh, submits that petitioners have surrendered before the trial Court and have been allowed interim bail as per order dated 19.07.2018. (iii) that the petitioners shall not leave India without the prior permission of the Court;
