This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 747 dated 31.10.2014 under Sections 420/467/468/471/406 IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, Hisar.

Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Joginder Singh, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated September 07, 2015, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated September 07, 2015 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
