-- ANITA CHAUDHRY , J(ORAL) Punjab Roadways Employees Union has brought this petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. for direction to official respondents to get the investigation of FIR No. 186 dated 4.8.2015, Police Station Model Town, Hoshiapur from a higher officer and to registered a crosscase therein. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Annexure P-2 is the representation made by the petitioner to respondent no.3, but no action has been taken thereon. He further submits that the petitioner is satisfied if respondent no.3 is directed to decide representation, Annexure P-2.

The petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to respondent no.3 to consider the representation, Annexure P-2, and decide the same at his own level, in accordance with law.
