(ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellant fairly points out that the matter in issue is squarely covered by an order and judgment of even date rendered by this Court in RFA No. 2177 of 1999, titled "Punjab Small Industries and Export Corporation Limited v. State of Punjab and others, vide which the appeals preferred by the PSIEC against the same award has since been dismissed. Accordingly, it is submitted that this appeal too shall have to be dismissed.
