Detenue Archita has been produced today before this Court by Lady Constable Suman, ASI Jaswinder Singh and Ms. Poonam Vij, Counsellor, Nari Niketan.

Upon a brief querry made by this Court, it was disclosed by aforesaid Archita, aged 20 years, that she does not wish to reside with her parents and wishes to reside with petitioner-Suraj, who is also present in the Court and that she may be permitted to accompany the petitioner right from this Court.

Since, there is no dispute regarding the age of aforesaid Archita and she has categorically stated before this Court that she wishes to reside MOHAN SINGH 2024.04.09 00:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CRWP-2942-2024 (O&M) - 2 - 2024:PHHC:047940 with the petitioner, aforesaid Archita is free to accompany the petitioner right from this Court.

In view of the aforestated position, no further directions are required to be issued in the instant petition and the same is disposed of accordingly.

Ms. Poonam Vij, Counsellor, Nari Niketan, who is present in the Court, to make the necessary entries in record in Nari Niketan in this regard.
