Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and without expressing anything on merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala to look into the matter and to dispose of representation dated 11.6.2020 (Annexure P9) expeditiously in accordance with law and to take appropriate action as may be warranted under facts and circumstances of the case. 2.

A copy of this order along with copy of representation (Annexure P-9) be sent to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala so as to enable him to do the needful expeditiously.
