(ORAL) Present petition is filed praying for quashing of DDR No.21 dated 09.12.2015, under Sections 323, 325, 506, 148 and 149 IPC recorded in FIR No.114 dated 22.11.2015, registered at Police Station Mehta, District Amritsar Rural, on the basis of compromise entered into between the parties.

Both the parties were directed by this Court, vide order dated 11.08.2017 to appear before the learned trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate and get their statements recorded and in pursuance thereof, learned SubNaresh Kumar 2018.01.16 16:57 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-29399-2017 -2Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Baba Bakala Sahib, District Amritsar, recorded the statements of both the parties and submitted a report dated 17.11.2017. A perusal of the report reveals that no compromise has been effected between the parties and the complainants have suffered the joint statement in this regards.

Faced with the above situation, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. 5.
