While assailing the concurrent findings of facts, arrived at by both the Courts below, the tenant has filed the present revision petition. The Rent Controller as well as the Appellate Authority have ordered eviction of the petitioner on the ground that he has sublet the tenanted premises in favour of Balraj as well as Dr. Zile Singh. Balraj appeared in evidence as RW.2 and admitted that he is in possession, although he claims that he is employed by the tenant. Both the Courts below have disbelieved the version of Balraj.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner contends that Dr. Zile Singh is running a Charitable Hospital and he has been employed by a Charitable Society, which is in possession of the premises. He submits that the petitioner is a President of the Society. 3.

Civil Revision No. 1577 of 2022 (O&M) that the possession of the tenanted premises is in favour of Dr. Zile Singh as well as Balraj. The story put forth by the petitioner has been disbelieved. 4.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to interfere. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed. 5.

The miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
