(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for quashing of FIR No.83 dated 11.06.2017, registered at P.S.Moonak, District Sangrur under Sections 458 and 354 IPC, alongwith all consequential proceedings therefrom on the basis of compromise/affidavit (Annexure P-2) entered into between the parties. Notice of motion.
Mr. Dinesh Trehan, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2.
This Court called upon learned counsel for the petitioner, whether the challan has been filed, the answer was in 'negative'. In view of such situation, the parties are directed to appear the concerned police authorities for recording of their respective statements with regard to compromise, as alleged.
