In view of report of trial Court, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with submission that trial Court be directed to dispose of the trial expeditiously. Dismissed as withdrawn. Trial Court is directed to dispose of the trial expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the day of receipt of copy of this order, provided defence counsel cooperate by cross-examining the witness on the date he appears, submits the list of defence witnesses in time and produce the defence evidence, if required, expeditiously.
