The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS (corresponding Section 438 Cr.P.C.) has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.21 dated 10.02.2026, under Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (Section 29 of the NDPS Act added subsequently vide DDR No.47 dated 10.02.2026) registered at Police Station Sadar Nawanshahar, District SBS Nagar. 2.

This Court vide order dated 17.03.2026, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to her joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 17.03.2026, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.
