Petitioner has approached this Court alleging violation of direction dated 31.08.2024, Annexure P-2, passed by the writ Court. 2.

State counsel has placed on record a copy of order dated 02.09.2024, passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) No.19158 of 2024, which is reproduced as under:- "1.

Issue notice on the application(s) seeking condonation of delay as well as on the Special Leave Petitions. 2.

Dasti, in addition, is permitted.

In the meanwhile, the High Court shall not proceed with the contempt proceedings, if any, filed by the respondent(s) herein." 3.

At this stage, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the contempt petition with liberty to file a fresh one, in case, the situation if so arises.
