(Oral) Counsel for the State submits that in compliance of the orer dated 16.10.2020, passedin CRWP No.7392 of 2020, on completion of investigation, the cross-challan has already been presented and no threat to the life and liberty of the petitioners was found. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
