On the last date of hearing, i.e. 05.04.2024, this Court had passed the following order:- "1. At this stage, without issuing notice, this Court deems it appropriate to, through the learned State counsel, direct the respondent No.3-S.H.O., P.S. Koom Kalan, District Ludhiana, to file a status report with regard to the investigation, as carried out uptil now, in FIR No.38 dated 22.04.2022, registered at P.S. Koom Kalan, District Ludhiana.

2. List on 14.05.2024 for awaiting the status report." 2.

In compliance of the order extracted hereinabove, today, the learned State counsel has filed the requisitioned status report, on affidavit of Inspector Gurpartap Singh, Station House Officer, Koom Kalan, which is taken on record. This status report reveals that, consequent upon completion of the investigation in the present FIR, the Final Report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. has already been presented before the learned trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate concerned.

In view of the revelation (supra), no intervention is warranted by this Court, at this stage. Therefore, the instant petition is disposed of accordingly.
