HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J.(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as the petitioners are the employees of a private contractor, who cannot be termed as State in order to invoke the writ jurisdiction, he be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the Civil Court for the redressal of the grievance of the petitioners keeping in view the settled principles of law.
